Birth to Beginnings is an 8-session birth education and postpartum preparation program designed to help expecting parents navigate pregnancy, birth, breastfeeding, recovery, and the fourth trimester with confidence—plus two postpartum support touchpoints after baby arrives.

There is an unlimited amount of resources available surrounding childbirth & postpartum - but, having expert support and guidance in preparing for YOUR vision for birth will help you focus on the preparation necessary for YOU.

Unmedicated Birth Goals

While not exclusive to moms aiming for an unmedicated birth, this program equips you with the comfort measures and coping techniques to help make that possible. If you are considering pain relief medications, we discuss those too!

Those Looking for Additional Support as They Prepare for Birth & Postpartum

Guidance and education matter. Having expert support in this season may be just what you are looking for.

OPTION 1: BIRTH TO BEGINNINGS VIRTUAL

Perfect for families who want expert guidance, flexibility, and support from the comfort of home.

Includes:

• Eight (8) private virtual coaching and education sessions
• Two (2) virtual postpartum support touchpoints
• Personalized birth preparation plan
• Personalized postpartum preparation plan
• Resource guides and worksheets
• Digital Preparing for Birth Booklet
• Email support between sessions
• Partner participation encouraged

OPTION 2: BIRTH TO BEGINNINGS LOCAL + DOULA MATCH
(Central Arkansas Residents)

A more personalized experience combining virtual convenience with in-person support.

• Six (6) private virtual coaching and education sessions
• Two (2) in-person prenatal planning sessions
• One (1) in-person postpartum support visit
• One (1) virtual postpartum touchpoint
• Personalized birth preparation plan
• Personalized postpartum recovery and newborn care plan
• Resource guides and worksheets
• Digital Preparing for Birth Booklet
• Priority email/text support
• Partner participation encouraged

Birth Support Connection (Optional)

• If you decide you would like in person labor support, you will be matched with a doula from our trusted network and book with them separately

• Postpartum Preparation & Newborn Care Planning

In-Person Postpartum Visit:

• Birth story processing
• Recovery assessment discussion

Travel included within designated Central Arkansas service area.
Additional travel fees may apply outside service area.
