Birth to Beginnings is designed to help families feel informed, prepared, and confident as they move through pregnancy, birth, postpartum recovery, and the transition into parenthood. Each session builds upon the last, creating a comprehensive roadmap for a positive birth experience and a supported postpartum adjustment.

Birth Preparation Package

Receive evidence based education, faith filled encouragement & skilled support. Become equipped with the knowledge & tools to navigate childbirth with confidence.

• Restored 4 HR Childbirth Education Course or Extended 6HR Childbirth Education Course

• 2 Prenatal Sessions

  • These visits serve to receive information on childbirth preparation, create a birth plan, practice coping measures & become familiar with positioning techniques

• Phone & Email Support ​​

  • Receive guidance & reassurance throughout pregnancy 

• Access to an Obi TENS Unit for Labor Pain Management for a 5 week period (for Central AR clients)​​​

Postpartum Doula Support

Compassionate, in-person support for a gentle transition into postpartum could look like -

Obi TENS Unit Rental

Available to the Central Arkansas Community

​

Transcutaneous Electrical Nerve Stimulation (TENS) works by sending gentle electrical pulses through electrode pads placed on your skin, which help stimulate the release of endorphins, your body’s natural painkillers.
TENS is drug-free, non-invasive & portable, making it a great option for those exploring pain relief methods. TENS may be safely used after 37 weeks of pregnancy.

AR BIRTH DOULA CLIENTS WILL HAVE ACCESS TO A UNIT AT NO EXTRA COST
