Christ-centered, evidence based support during pregnancy, childbirth & the immediate postpartum.

• 3 Prenatal Visits - 2 virtual, 1 in-person. These visits serve to get to know each other, provide information on childbirth preparation, create a birth plan, practice coping measures & get familiar with positioning techniques.

• Phone & Email Support

• On-Call at 36 Weeks Until Birth

• Unlimited Labor Support

• Lactation Education as Needed Before & Immediately After Delivery

• 1 In-Person Postpartum Visit

• Access to Obi TENS Unit for Labor Pain Management

Obi TENS Unit Rental

Available to the Central Arkansas Community

Transcutaneous Electrical Nerve Stimulation (TENS) works by sending gentle electrical pulses through electrode pads placed on your skin, which help stimulate the release of endorphins, your body’s natural painkillers.
TENS is drug-free, non-invasive & portable, making it a great option for those exploring pain relief methods. TENS may be safely used after 37 weeks of pregnancy.
